Try to relax and avoid stress (such as overthinking)

Enjoy it! embrace all the feels

Don't workout strenuously- such as a HIIT workout, or going for a run

Avoid stimulants such as coffee, instead,  a cup of Caffeine-free lavender tea instead

Yogi’s: nidra yoga, yin yoga or restorative yoga (yes!)

AVOID COLD AND WINDY WEATHER, ESPECIALLY AROUND THE NECK AND NAPE
